Ashton House – Elizabeth Bay – Refurbishment of Heritage Homestead

One of the original homesteads of Elizabeth Bay, this Victorian Italianate Maritime Villa was restored and converted to a multimillion dollar luxury residence. TMP Group manufactured the specialised mouldings and door jambs for this project.

Carrington Centennial Aged Care Facility

Location: 90 Werombi Rd, Camden NSW

TMP Group manufactured and supplied continuous Tas Oak corridor handrails, Crash Rails, Intrim Architraves and Skirting internally. Qld Spotted Gum external screens, handrails and decking were preoiled prior to delivery to site, saving on labour cost and making for efficient installation and handling.

Cranbrook Aged Care Facility – Restoration of existing buildings and incorporation of new building

Location: 11 Manns Ave, Neutral Bay NSW

This project involved the refurbishment and heritage restoration of existing buildings and the incorporation of a brand new state of the art building into one aged care facility. Internally, TMP Group manufactured the handrails, specialised handrail brackets and custom heritage skirting, architraves and picture rails to detail. On the outside, timber was machined and profiled to meet heritage federation specifications.

Grosvenor Apartments – High-end Residential Apartments

Location: Grosvenor St, Neutral Bay
Architect: Marchese & Partners

Manufacture and install of Blackbutt specialized timber stair treads to these High-end Residential Apartments meant that project standards had to be at the highest level. TMP Group completed works to schedule and to clients' satisfaction.
